Dr. Kathleen Kinzley is a New Jersey native, who grew up in Ocean County. She received her doctorate in optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, where she graduated cum laude. At Salus, Dr. Kinzley was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa, the optometry honor society, and SOSH, which provides vision care in underprivileged countries. As an intern, Dr. Kinzley specialized in low vision at the William Feinbloom Vision Rehabilitation Center. Here she helped patient with limited vision regain skills in reading and mobility through vision rehabilitation. She gained knowledge in contact lens fitting from Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia. Prior to her studies at Salus, she earned a bachelor of science in biology and a minor in chemistry from The College of New Jersey. On her days off, she enjoys the local beaches, hiking, and kayaking.
